摘要
目的比较超声引导下麦默通乳腺微创旋切术与传统手术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的效果。方法选取我院2015年3月～2017年2月收治的60例乳腺良性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法分为研究组(30例)与对照组(30例)。对照组采用传统手术治疗,研究组采用超声引导下麦默通乳腺微创旋切术治疗。比较两组的手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、并发症发生率及治疗满意度情况。结果研究组的手术时间、住院时间、愈合时间、瘢痕长度短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,术后并发症发生率、VAS评分低于对照组,治疗总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺良性肿瘤患者行超声引导下麦默通乳腺微创旋切术具有显著的效果,其手术时间较短,术中出血量较少,住院时间短,且术后并发症少,术后恢复快,值得在临床中推广实施。
Objective To compare the effect of ultrasound-guided Mamotong breast minimally invasive surgery and conventional surgery in the treatment of benign breast tumors.Methods A total of 60 patients with benign breast tumors admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to February 2017 were enrolled.According to the treatment method,they were divided into the study group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The control group used traditional surgery,the study group underwent ultrasound-guided Mamotong breast minimally invasive surgery.The operation time,hospital stay,intraoperative blood loss,the incidence rate of complication and treatment satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,hospitalization time,healing time,scar length of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,intraoperative blood loss of the study group was less than that of the control group,the incidence rate of postoperative complication rate,VAS score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the treatment total satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided Mamotong breast minimally invasive surgery has a significant effect on patients with benign breast tumors.The operation time is shorter,the intraoperative blood loss is less,the hospital stay is shorter,and the postoperative complications are less,postoperative recovery is rapid,it is worth promoting in the clinic.
