摘要
目的分析评价舒适护理在创伤性骨折患者中的应用效果。方法方便选取该院自2015年10月—2017年10月这段期间内接收治疗的创伤性骨折患者60例作为临床研究对象,将之按照"随机对照分组法"分成两组:一组为观察组(30例),均实施舒适护理;一组为对照组(30例),均实施常规护理;观察比较两组患者的舒适度、护理满意度及干预前后的焦虑评分。结果观察组患者中总舒适28例,舒适度为93.3%;对照组患者中总舒适20例,舒适度为66.7%;观察组患者的舒适度明显比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=26.429,P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为96.7%;对照组护理满意度为73.3%,观察组的护理满意度明显比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=24.124,P<0.05)。干预前观察组患者的焦虑评分为(136.56±13.62)分,对照组患者的焦虑评分为(137.24±14.05)分,两组患者的焦虑评分比较差异无统计学意义(t=2.769,P>0.05);干预后观察组患者的焦虑评分为(93.43±12.26)分,对照组患者的焦虑评分为(124.57±13.42)分,观察组明显比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=17.148,P<0.05)。结论在创伤性骨折患者的护理中应用舒适护理能够更有效地提高患者的舒适度和护理满意度,减轻患者因伤病带来的焦虑心理,值得临床应用及推广。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the application effect of comfortable nursing in patients with traumatic fracture.Methods Sixty patients with traumatic fractures who received treatment in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were convenient selected as clinical subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the“randomized control grouping method”:one group was observation group(30 cases)were treated with comfortable nursing;one group was the control group(30 cases),and all the routine nursing were performed;the comfort,nursing satisfaction and anxiety score before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,28 patients had total comfort and the comfort was 93.3%.In the control group,the total comfort was 20 cases and the comfort was 66.7%.The comfort of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=26.429,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.7%;the nursing satisfaction of the control group was 73.3%.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=24.124,P<0.05).Before the intervention,the anxiety score of the observation group was(136.56±13.62)points,and the anxiety score of the control group was(137.24±14.05)points.There was no significant difference between the two groups(t=2.769,P >0.05).After the intervention,the anxiety score of the observation group was(93.43±12.26)points,and the anxiety score of the control group was(124.57±13.42)points.The observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=17.148,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing in the nursing of patients with traumatic fractures can improve the patient's comfort and nursing satisfaction more effectively,reduce the anxiety caused by injuries and patients,and it is
