多技术融合应用于颅脑功能区肿瘤切除手术中的价值研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究探讨多技术融合应用于颅脑功能区肿瘤切除术中的价值。方法方便选取该院2016年11月—2017年11月期间神经外科收治的30例颅脑功能区肿瘤切除术患者的资料,术中采用皮层脑电测定异常放电区域、皮层电刺激明确功能区、中央沟定位明确中央前后回、神经导航定位病灶、唤醒麻醉保护神经功能等技术。记录统计患者术后的疗效。结果 30例颅脑功能区肿瘤切除术患者术后唤醒效果:肿瘤部分全切4例,次全切6例,全切20例;神经功能障碍发生情况:永久性偏瘫患者2例,暂时功能障碍患者5例,无加重患者23例。癫痫1级患者16例,2级患者5例,3级患者2例。结论颅脑功能区肿瘤切除术中采取多技术融合可以有效提高病灶定位的准确率,提高治疗效果,保护神经功能,进而提高患者的生活质量。值得借鉴。 Objective To study the value of multi-technology fusion in the surgical resection of brain functional areas.Methods The data of 30 patients with brain tumor resection treated by neurosurgery from November 2016 to November 2017 were convenient selected.Cortical electroencephalogram was used to measure abnormal discharge area,cortical electrical stimulation and functional area.Ditch positioning clear central and anterior gyrus,nerve navigation to locate lesions,awakening anesthesia to protect nerve function and other techniques.The postoperative results of the patients were recorded.Results The postoperative arousal effect of 30 patients with brain tumor area resection:4 cases of total tumor resection,6 cases of subtotal resection,20 cases of total resection;occurrence of neurological dysfunction:2 cases of permanent hemiplegia,temporary dysfunction of 5 patients and 23 patients without aggravation.There were 16 patients with grade 1 epilepsy,5 patients with grade 2,and 2 patients with grade 3.Conclusion Multi-technological fusion in the resection of brain functional area tumors can effectively improve the accuracy of lesion localization,improve the therapeutic effect,protect nerve function,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worth learning.
