摘要
目的研究重症ICU病房护理风险进行防范的方法与效果。方法选取2017年12月—2018年10月收治的重症ICU患者66例,分析所有患者护理风险,提出有效防范方法,观察实施效果。结果经护理风险分析,防范方法实施,66例患者未出现不良事件,但2例患者病情复发,发现及时并得到救治,无生命危险。与护理前护理人员业务熟练度、服务态度、沟通能力、责任心及应用能力相比,护理后更为优异(P <0.05)。结论给予重症ICU病房护理风险分析的条件上,实施针对性防范方法,减少临床护理风险,护理人员综合素质水平提高。
Objective To study the methods and effects of prevention of nursing risk in severe ICU wards.Methods 66 critical ill patients in ICU who were admitted from December 2017 to October 2018 were selected.The risk of nursing care of all patients was analyzed,and effective prevention methods were proposed to observe the effect.Results After the nursing risk analysis and prevention methods were implemented,66 patients did not have adverse events,but 2 patients developed symptoms,they were found and treated promptly without life-threatening.The business proficiency,service attitude,communication ability,responsibility and application ability of nursing staff was more excellent after nursing than those before nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion On the conditions of risk analysis of nursing in severe ICU wards,targeted prevention methods can reduce the risk of clinical care and improve the overall quality of nursing staff.
