摘要
目的探讨精细化管理模式在手术室护理管理中的应用效果。方法本研究选取2017年1—6月采用精细化管理模式前在我院进行择期手术的患者80例作为对照组,另选取2017年7—12月采用精细化管理模式后在我院进行择期手术的患者80例作为观察组,对照组采用传统护理管理模式,在对照组基础上观察组采用精细化管理模式,对两组护理质量、不良事件发生情况及患者护理满意度进行对比分析。结果观察组护理质量及护理满意度高于对照组(P <0.05),观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论精细化管理模式用于手术室护理管理中可降低不良事件发生,提高护理质量及护理满意度。
Objective To discuss the effects of fine management mode on nursing management in operating room.Methods 80 patients for elective surgery in our hospital from January to June 2017 before adopting the fine management mode were selected as control group.80 patients for elective surgery in our hospital from July to December 2017 after adopting the fine management mode were selected as observation group.The patients in control group were nursing by traditional nursing management mode,on this basis,the patients in observation group were nursing by fine management mode.The quality of nursing,incidence of adverse events and satisfaction of nursing were compared between two groups.Results The quality of nursing and satisfaction of nursing in observation group were better than than that control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in observation group was lower than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine management mode on nursing management in operating room could reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve the quality of nursing and satisfaction of nursing.
