摘要
目的对PICC置管肿瘤患者使用优质护理的应用效果。方法选择我院2017年3月—2018年2月收治的156例肿瘤患者,根据护理方法分为观察组和对照组。对照组开展基础理,在对照组基础上,观察组开展优质护理干预措施。观察两组心理状况、依从性。结果观察组PICC置管后SCL-90躯体化、敌对、抑郁各因子评分低于对照组置管后,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组依从性高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对PICC置管肿瘤患者使用优质护理干预措施,可改善患者心理健康,提高依从性,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of high quality nursing for PICC patients with cancer.Methods 156 cases of cancer patients in our hospital from March 2017 to February 2018 were collected and divided into observation group and control group according to nursing methods.The control group was given basic nursing.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was carried out the high quality nursing intervention measures.The psychological status and compliance of the two groups were observed.Results The scores of somatization,hostility and depression of SCL-90 in the observation group after PICC catheterization were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of high quality nursing intervention for PICC cannulated cancer patients can improve their mental health and compliance,and has high application value.
