摘要
目的探讨重组人干扰素-α2b阴道泡腾片治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染患者临床效果。方法选择2016年4月—2017年4月的100例HPV感染的女性患者,并将其随机分为两组,对照组在睡前用温水清洁外阴,并给予盐酸特比萘芬阴道泡腾片治疗;观察组睡前用温水清洁外阴,用投药器将1枚重组人干扰素-α2b阴道泡腾片放置在阴道后穹窿,比较两组患者的宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染转阴率及宫颈病变的有效率。结果经1～3个疗程的治疗后观察组的HPV转阴率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),观察组宫颈病变的有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论重组人干扰素-α2b阴道泡腾片可以提高患宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染患者的临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of recombinant human interferon-alpha 2b vaginal effervescent tablets in the treatment of cervical HPV infection.Methods 100 female patients with HPV infection from April 2016 to April 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group cleaned vulva with warm water before sleep,and used terbinafine hydrochloride vaginal effervescent tablets treatment.The observation group cleaned vulva with warm water before sleep,and placed recombinant human interferon-alpha 2b vaginal effervescent tablet in the posterior vaginal dome with a drug dispenser.The cervical negative conversion rate of cervical papillomavirus infection and the effective rate of cervical lesions were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 to 3 courses of treatment,the negative conversion rate of HPV in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the effective rate of cervical lesions in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human interferon-alpha 2b vaginal effervescent tablet can improve the clinical efficacy of cervical HPV infection.
