摘要
为保障医院电梯运行安全,提高电梯风险评价精度,采用电梯系统故障率的模糊综合评价方法评估电梯系统风险。根据北京某医院门诊楼电梯系统的监测数据,通过统计、分析系统历史运行故障,归纳出7种典型的故障并确定风险评价影响因素。在此基础上,利用风险评价影响因素体系构建电梯系统风险评价模型,并建立相应的风险评价等级划分准则。运用风险评价方法对北京某医院门诊电梯进行实例计算。结果表明9部电梯中,3号电梯风险最高,应采取适当措施加以控制。
In order to protect the safe operation of elevators in hospital and improve risk assessment accuracy, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of elevator system risk based on failure rate correction was adopted. According to the monitoring data of the elevator system of the outpatient building of a hospital in Beijing, and analyzing of the system's historical failure rate, it identified seven typical faults and factors. An impact factor system of risk evaluation was established on the basis of that. Meanwhile, the failure rate correction-based fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of elevator system risk correction was used and appropriate risk assessment grading criteria were obtained. An applied calculation example of the hospital shows that introduction of failure rate correction coefficient contributes to realizing the dynamic evaluation of elevator system risk. The results showed that No. 3 elevator had the highest risk and proper measures should be taken to control it.
