摘要
通过环境适应性试验和地面热流模拟试验对导爆索组件一体化防热设计方案的可行性进行了验证分析。导爆索组件一体化防热方案对应产品的环境适应性验证发火数据及地面热流模拟试验的最大温升均满足相关技术指标。
The feasibility of the design scheme of integrated thermal protection scheme of the detonation cable assembly was verified through the environmental adaptability test and the ground heat flow simulation test.It is concluded that the maximum temperature rise of the ignition data and the ground heat flow simulation test of the corresponding products of the integrated thermal protection scheme of the detonation cable assembly can meet the relevant technical indexes,which can be widely used in the thermal protection of the detonation cable assembly of the aerospace vehicle.
