摘要
目的:探讨血小板参数在乳腺癌患者早期诊断中的价值研究。方法:选自我院于2017年1月至2017年12月期间收治的行手术治疗的初诊乳腺肿瘤患者156例。另选自我院于2017年1月至2017年12月期间健康体检者57例作为正常组。所有入组研究对象均于入院后空腹采集外周静脉血2 ml,采用全自动血细胞分析仪测定血小板参数,包括血小板容积、血小板计数、血小板分布宽度、平均血小板体积。结果:乳腺癌组血小板容积和血小板计数高于正常组,血小板分布宽度低于正常组,均有统计学差异(P <0.05);两组平均血小板体积比较无统计学差异(P> 0.05);转移组血小板容积和血小板计数高于未转移组,血小板分布宽度低于未转移组,均有统计学差异(P <0.05);转移组和未转移组平均血小板体积比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);四项指标联合敏感度和特异度明显高于单项指标。结论:血小板参数在乳腺癌患者早期诊断中具有重要的诊断价值。
Objective:To investigate the value of platelet parameters in early diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods:156 patients with newly diagnosed breast cancer treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected.57 healthy subjects from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as normal group.All subjects were admitted to hospital after fasting venous blood samples of 2ml,using automatic blood cell analyzer to measure platelet parameters including platelet hematocrit,platelet count,platelet distribution width,mean platelet volume. Results:In breast cancer group,platelet hematocrit and platelet count were higher than the normal group,and platelet distribution width was less than the normal group ( P <0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups of mean platelet volume ( P >0.05).In metastasis group platelet hematocrit and platelet count were higher than that without metastasis,and platelet distribution width was lower than that of the group without metastasis ( P <0.05).Mean platelet volume had no significant difference between metastasis group and non-metastasis group ( P >0.05).Four indicators combined sensitivity and specificity were significantly higher than that of single index. Conclusion:Platelet parameters have important diagnostic value in early diagnosis of breast cancer.
