摘要
目的分析冰冻生理盐水漱口预防化疗患者并发口腔溃疡的临床效果。方法选取2015年8月～2018年3月期间收治的64例化疗患者,按照患者入院就诊顺序随机分为两组,试验组32例,先用碳酸氢钠和生理盐水混合液(混合比1∶2)漱口,再含漱冰冻生理盐水;对照组32例,单纯采用碳酸氢钠和生理盐水混合液(混合比1∶2)漱口。对比两组患者口腔溃疡发生率、口腔内pH值变化以及口腔黏膜分度等情况。结果对照组发生口腔溃疡9例(28.1%),试验组发生口腔溃疡2例(6.3%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.401,P <0.05)。两组患者治疗后口腔内pH值均高于治疗前(P <0.05),且试验组患者治疗后口腔内pH值更高于对照组(t=8.212,P <0.05)。试验组口腔黏膜分度0级率84.4%显著高于对照组59.4%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.501,P <0.05)。结论化疗患者采用冰冻生理盐水漱口可有效预防口腔溃疡,不仅可增加患者口腔内pH值,也可改善患者口腔黏膜分度。
Objective To analyzed the effect of frozen saline gargle in preventing oral ulcer in patients with chemotherapy.Methods Sixty-four patients with chemotherapy who were admitte between August 2015 and March 2018 were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of admission to the hospital.32 patients in the experimental group were gargled with sodium bicarbonate and normal saline(mixing ratio 1∶2)first,and then gargled with frozen saline.32 patients in the control group was gargled with sodium bicarbonate and normal saline(mixing ratio 1:2)only.The incidence of oral ulcers,changes in oral pH and oral mucosal index were compared between the two groups.Results There were 9 cases(28.1%)with oral ulcer in the control group and 2 cases(6.3%)with oral ulcer in the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.401,P<0.05).The oral pH values of the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the oral pH of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(t=8.212,P<0.05).The oral mucosa grade 0 rate of the experimental group was 84.4%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.501,P<0.05).Conclusion Chemotherapy patients with frozen saline can effectively prevent oral ulcers,not only increase the oral pH of patients,but also improve the oral mucosal index.
