摘要
构建科学规范的绩效考核指标体系和考核模式,是推进公共文化服务绩效考核工作顺利开展的关键。为此,需要从公共文化设施、公共文化服务供给、公共文化制度保障、公共文化反馈评估四大方面对公共文化服务体系绩效考核指标体系进行思考和设计,构建"四位一体"的公共文化服务绩效考核新模式。
Constructing a scientific and standardized performance assessment index system and assessment model is the key to promoting the smooth development of performance appraisal of public cultural services. It is necessary to appraise the performance of public cultural service system from four aspects: public cultural facilities, public cultural service supply, public cultural system guarantee and public cultural feedback evaluation, and build a “four in one” performance assessment model of public cultural service.
