摘要
针对肿瘤专业临床药师培训,将基于讲授的教学模式(LBL)、基于问题的教学模式(PBL)和基于案例的教学模式(CBL)结合,并对这种教学模式进行探讨。合理运用多元化的教学模式,能增强学员学习的积极性,有助于临床思维和解决问题能力的培养,为肿瘤专业临床药师的培训提供了良好的方法。
Lecture-based Learning(LBL),Problem-based Learning(PBL)and Case-based Learning(CBL)were combined into a diversified teaching mode and discussed for the oncology clinical pharmacist training.Reasonable use of the diversified teaching mode could enhance students'enthusiasm for learning,contribute to the cultivation of clinical thinking and problem solving ability,and provide a good method for the oncology clinical pharmacist training.
