摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法,使用C18不锈钢色谱柱和紫外检测器,以甲醇-水为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,在吸收波长为235nm下,外标法定量检测氯苯胺灵原药的含量。线性相关系数R^2=0.9999,变异系数为0.24%,回收率在98.2%～101.6%之间。
A quantitative analytical method was developed for chlorpropham by HPLC with C18 column and UV detector.The mobile phase was methanol-water,flow rate 1.0mL/min and UV detector wavelength at 235nm.The linear correlation coefficient was 0.9999,the variation coefficient was 0.24%,and the recovery range was 98.2%~101.6%.
