摘要
主要研究稻草纤维提取工艺、结构及效果。实验表明:当稻草原料量为每份50g,碱洗时间为150分钟,漂洗时间为40分钟,烘干时间为90分钟时,其提取效果最佳,纤维素呈现均匀排布,且粒径也较细小。当对烘干、碱洗、漂洗时间延长后,可以提高稻草提取效果及其整体性能。当增加碱洗中氢氧化钠用量和漂洗中过氧化氢用量时,纤维素色泽变得更亮丽,提取的纤维素更细致。
The extraction technology,structure and effect of straw fiber were studied.The experiment showed that:when the amount of straw raw material serving was 50g,the alkali washing time was 150 minutes,the rinsing time was 40 minutes,and the drying time was 90 minutes,the extraction effect was the best,and the cellulose presented uniform distribution and the particle size was relatively small.When the drying,alkali washing and rinsing time is prolonged,the straw extraction effect and its overall performance can be improved.When the amount of sodium hydroxide in alkline washing and hydrogen peroxide in rinsing were increased,the color of cellulose became brighter and the extracted cellulose was more delicate.
