摘要
运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对开设舞蹈表演专业的9所体育院校从成效、困境和对策三方面进行了较为客观的研究。成效是形成了以培养体育艺术领域的人才为重点和以运动舞蹈为特色的专业方向,但也面临生源选拔的尴尬造成专业建设所面对的人才素质结构参差不齐、人才规格的"大而全"造成人才培养的层次定位不准确,以及课程设置与人才培养特色化成效不突出等问题。本文通过对体育院校舞蹈表演专业所涉及到的专业方向的明确、厘清市场对体育院校培养舞蹈表演人才的特定需求,以及构建人才培养的课程体系,提高体育院校舞蹈表演人才的核心竞争力,从而形成与其他类型院校同专业人才的差异化竞争优势。
By means of literature and logic analysis, this paper makes a more objective study on the achievements, predicament and countermeasures of the nine sports colleges and universities that have set up dance performances major. The achievements lie in the major with an emphasis on the sport art talents and specialization in Dance Sport. Still, it is faced with problems like the difficulty of selecting students, dislocation of talent specifications and inapposite curriculum settings. The causes of these problems are unawareness of the essence of Dance Sport and the unclear character of Dance Sport talents. By clarifying the definition of Dance Sport, analyzing the requirement of Dance Sport talents and building the training system for them, all professional institutes of P.E can develop their own competitive advantages over other colleges on talents that differs and thus improve the core competence of Dance Performances major talents.
