胰岛素泵持续皮下输注赖脯胰岛素治疗初诊糖尿病的效果 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察胰岛素泵持续皮下输注赖脯胰岛素治疗初诊2型糖尿病的效果。方法 2016年12月至2017年12月该院新诊断的2型糖尿病患者88例,随机分为观察组与对照组各44例。对照组予常规基础胰岛素治疗睡前甘精胰岛素+三餐前赖脯胰岛素皮下注射,观察组用胰岛素泵持续皮下输注赖脯胰岛素。治疗3个月后观察2hPG、FPG、胰岛β细胞功能(HOMA-β)水平变化及血糖达标时间、低血糖发生情况。结果两组2hPG、FPG水平及低血糖发生率接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组HOMA-β高于对照组、血糖达标时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素泵持续皮下输注赖脯胰岛素治疗初诊2型糖尿病改善效果好于常规治疗,且血糖达标时间更短。
