摘要
目的:对患有睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的患者在本院进行优质护理以后,对该护理方法的应用价值和效果进行分析。方法:选取2017年10月至2018年10月福建省医科大学附属南平第一医院收治的睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者50例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者采取的常规的护理措施,观察组患者采取优质护理,比较2组的护理效果。结果:观察组患者的护理效率、护理前后生命质量的改善情况均要高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:针对患有睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的患者在本院进行优质护理以后,能够使患者的嗜睡症状得到有效改善,同时使患者的生命质量得到提高,有效缓解患者的各项症状,并提高患者在护理过程中的依从性。
Objective: To investigate the value of high quality nursing care in patients with sleep apnea hypopnea after quality nursing in our hospital. Methods: A total of 50 patients with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome from October 2017 to October 2018 in nanping first hospital affiliated of fujian medical university were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group.The control group patients take the routine nursing measures, observation group patients take high quality care, compared the nursing effect of the two groups. Results: The nursing efficiency and quality of life before and after nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, has significant differences( P <0.05). Conclusion: Quality nursing in our hospital for patients with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome can effectively improve the symptoms of drowsiness, improve the quality of life of patients, effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients, and improve the compliance of patients in the nursing process.
