摘要
目的:研究与观察右美托咪定对睡眠障碍老年脊柱手术患者术后睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2016年10月至2018年5月期间四川省射洪县中医院收治的睡眠障碍老年脊柱手术患者82例为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组患者进行常规麻醉,观察组则在对照组的基础上加用右美托咪定。比较2组患者术前及术后的失眠严重指数量表及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评估结果。结果:术前2组的失眠严重指数量表及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评估结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),术后观察组的失眠严重指数量表及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评估结果均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:右美托咪定对睡眠障碍老年脊柱手术患者术后睡眠质量的影响更为积极,因此在睡眠障碍老年脊柱手术患者中具有较高的应用价值。
Objective: To study and observe the influence of dexmedetomidine for the postoperative sleep quality of elderly patients with sleep disorders and spinal surgery. Methods: A Total of 82 elderly patients with sleep disorders and spinal surgery from October 2016 to May 2018 were chosen as the research object,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group respectively included 41 cases.The control group were with routine anaesthesia,the observation group were with dexmedetomidine on the treatment of control group.Then the evaluation results of insomnia severity index scale and Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale of two groups before and after the surgery were compared. Results: The evaluation results of insomnia severity index scale and Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale of two groups before the surgery were compared,there were no statistically significant differences( P >0.05),the evaluation results of insomnia severity index scale and Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale of observation group after the surgery were all significantly better than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences( P <0.05). Conclusion: The influence of dexmedetomidine for the postoperative sleep quality of elderly patients with sleep disorders and spinal surgery are more active,so its application value in the elderly patients with sleep disorders and spinal surgery are higher.
