摘要
档案教育是我国的档案事业发展的源泉和动力,档案工作的现代化和信息化是培养具有专业精神和创新能力档案人才的基础。新时期档案专业创新人才培养的主要途径是对人才层次的关注,教学内容的更新及实践能力的培养。
Archives education is the source and driving force for the development of archives in China. The modernization and informatization of archival work is the basis for cultivating talents with professionalism and innovative ability. The main way to cultivate innovative archives talents in the new era is to attach great importance to the level of talents, the update of teaching content and the cultivation of their practical ability.
