某水电站500 kV线路均压环裂纹缺陷原因探讨 被引量:1

摘要 随着电力系统快速发展,输电线路的电压等级越来越高,均压环的使用也日渐普遍,而高电压等级线路对均压环运行的稳定性要求更加严格。通过对某水电站500kV出线场均压环裂纹缺陷进行分析,得出造成均压环出现裂纹缺陷的主要原因是运行环境恶劣和均压环结构及安装制造工艺不合理,并提出相应的防范措施,为该类设备的运行维护以及技术改进提供了新的技术支持。 With the rapid development of power systems, the voltage level of transmission lines is growing and the equalizing ring is commonly used. While the stable operation requirement on the equalizing ring becomes more strict in high voltage level lines. In this paper, the cracking faults observed in the equalizing rings in 500 kV transmission line in a hydropower station are analyzed. The results show that the cracking is mainly induced by severe environment, unreasonable structure and improper manufacturing and installation processes. Cracking prevention measures are proposed correspondingly. It provides useful technical supports for the maintenance and technical improvement of the equipment.
