摘要
穴位敷贴疗法作为中医外治法之一,因其安全、组方简单、直接作用于靶点等优点,而日益受到医学界广泛关注。除了在临床上治疗鼻炎、哮喘等疾病取得了显著效果,通过回顾前人研究资料,对穴位敷贴在妇科相关疾病中的临床应用、穴位选择、用药方法、疗效等方面进行总结分析,发现目前现代穴位敷贴应用于月经病、带下病、妊娠病、产后病、妇科杂症等病症,取得了肯定的治疗效果。我们从中总结经验,选择更有效的组方、穴位以及相关的配套仪器,以取得更显著的疗效。
Acupoint application therapy is one of the external treatments of Chinese medicine,which is widely received because of its safety,simplicity and advantages in direct acting on the target.In addition to the significant clinical treatment effect for diseases such as rhinitis and asthma,this paper,by reviewing the previous studies,summarized its application,acupoint selection,treatment methods and efficacy for gynecological diseases and found positive effect for menstrual disease,leukorrhagia disease,postpartum diseases and gynecological diseases.More effective prescriptions,acupoint selection and related instruments were recommended for more remarkable curative effect.
