摘要
目的探讨伐昔洛韦联合干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗对生殖器疱疹患者IL-2及sIL-2R水平的影响。方法选取2015年6月至2016年2月于湖北省中西医结合医院诊治的生殖器疱疹患者100例作为研究对象,采用数字随机法,均分为观察组(n=50)与对照组(n=50),对照组给予伐昔洛韦治疗,观察组在此基础上联合干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后的CD4+(39.28±4.03)%、CD4+/CD8+(1.76±0.32)、IL-2(3527.71±116.25)U/L显著高于对照组,CD8+(22.34±2.87)%、sIL-2R(418.71±11.12)U/ml显著低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者止疱时间(1.89±0.73)d、结痂时间(2.68±0.69)d、皮损愈合时间(4.82±0.97)d、痊愈时间(4.87±0.86)d显著短于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组50患者中,31例1年内未见复发现象,占62.00%,14例复发次数<6次/年,占28.00%,5例复发次数≥6次/年,占10.00%%,观察组未复发率以及复发次数≥6次/年与对照组存在显著差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论伐昔洛韦联合干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗可有效改善生殖器疱疹患者的免疫功能,缩短病程,具有临床推广使用价值。
Objective To investigate the effects of valaciclovir combined with interferonα-2b gel on the levels of IL-2 and sIL-2R in patients with genital herpes.Methods 100 patients with genital herpes in Hubei Province Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from June 2015 to February 2016 were divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50).The control group received valaciclovir treatment,and observation group received valaciclovir combined with interferonα-2b gel treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,CD4^+(39.28±4.03)%,CD4^+/CD8^+(1.76±0.32),IL-2(3527.71±116.25)U/L of observation group were significantly higher than these of control group,while CD8^+(22.34±2.87)%,sIL-2 R(418.71±11.12)U/ml of observation group was significantly lower than these of control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Scab forming time(1.89±0.73)d,escharosis time(2.68±0.69)d,skin lesion healing time(4.82±0.97)d and recovery time(4.87±0.86)d of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group accordingly,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Among the 50 patients of observation group,there were 31 cases(62%)with no recurrence within a year,14 cases(28%)with recurrence less than 6 times/year and 5 cases(10.00%)with recurrence more than 6 times/year.There was statistically significant difference in no recurrence and recurrence rate of more than 6 times/year between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Valaciclovir combined with interferonα-2b gel treatment can effectively improve the immune function of patients with genital herpes and shorten the course of disease,which is worthy of clinical application.
