摘要
本文从控制系统、软件算法、机械结构等几个方面入手,对烟条全方位外观检测装置进行设计与研究。除了实现烟条六面全方位无死角的视觉检测外,通过该装置的数采及集控功能来提升卷烟制造信息化水平也具有重要意义。
Starting with several aspects such as control system,software algorithm and mechanical structure,this paper designs and studies the full-view visual detection device of cigarette carton.In addition to implementing the full-view visual inspection of six sides of the carton without dead angels,it is also important to improve the informationization level of cigarette manufacturing through the data acquisition and centralized control functions of the device.
