摘要
介绍目前国内工程算量的现状,总结基于BIM的三维算量的原理及优势,阐述BIM的三维算量在高层住宅楼中的应用,证明通过BIM模型的应用,可以避免工程算量的二次建模,直接、快速、精确地得到工程项目的工程量。
This paper introduces the present situation of calculating quantities in China,summarizes the principle and advantages of three-dimensional calculation based on BIM,expounds the application of three-dimensional calculation based on BIM in high-rise residential buildings,and proves that the application of BIM model can avoid the secondary modeling of engineering quantities calculation and get the engineering quantities directly,quickly and accurately.
