摘要
通过解构亚太国家(地区)主要制造业产品的增加值计算GH指数,分析中美日在亚太主要制造业价值链中的贡献以及地位变迁可以发现,中国对亚太价值链的影响力逐步增强,美国和日本对亚太国家(地区)的影响力削弱。在亚太制造业价值链中,中国的分工地位有较大提升,而美国和日本的分工地位则总体下降,特别是美国在中国和印度制造业价值链中分工地位下降幅度较大,中国与美日在亚太制造业价值链中的地位逐步拉近。中国应积极参与亚太价值链重构,加强自主创新能力,充分发挥国内市场的作用,从而进一步提升价值链地位。
By deconstructing the value-added of the main manufacturing products of Asia Pacific countries(regions)and calculating the GH index,this paper analyzes the contribution of China,the U.S.and Japan in the main manufacturing value chains in Asia-Pacific region and the changes in their status.It can be found that China's influence on Asia Pacific value chain is growing,while the U.S.and Japan's influence on Asia Pacific countries is weakening.In Asia Pacific manufacturing value chain,China's position has been greatly enhanced,while that of the U.S.and Japan has generally declined.The position of the U.S.in the manufacturing value chain of China and India has declined by a relatively large margin.The gap between the U.S.,Japan and China in manufactures value chains of Asia Pacific countries(regions)narrowed.China should take an active part in the reconstruction of Asia Pacific value chain,strengthen the ability of independent innovation,give full play to the role of domestic market,and further enhance the position of value chain.
