摘要
为研究螺栓T形端板连接钢管混凝土柱的拉拔性能,进行了8组螺栓端板连接件的静力加载试验,得到钢管和螺栓之间存在的3种典型破坏模式:钢管截面破坏、钢管管壁破坏和螺栓破坏,对比分析了螺栓锚固、螺栓种类、混凝土、钢管截面尺寸、管壁厚度和孔距对连接节点拉拔承载力的影响。研究结果表明:螺栓锚固和钢管管壁厚度对承载力的影响最为显著;螺栓相对于钢管壁受力的强弱关系决定了破坏模式,在钢管截面破坏和钢管管壁破坏模式下,连接件的拉拔性能较好,在螺栓破坏模式下则相反。
In order to study the tensile strength of bolted T-shaped endplate connections to concrete-filled steel tube,eight connection specimens were tested by static loading test.Three typical failure modes of steel tubes and bolts were analyzed and the influences of anchorage effect of bolt,steel tube filled with concrete,wall thickness,bolt hole spacing and bolt strength of the different square steel pipes on tensile bearing capacity of connectors were analyzed and compared.The experimental results show that anchorage effect of bolt and tube wall thickness have the most significant influence on the tensile bearing capacity.The strength of steel pipe and bolt determines the failure mode.The specimens of steel pipe cross section and tube wall failure exhibit good ductile behavior,as opposed to the specimens of bolt failure.
