摘要
目的探讨精准氧疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)夜间睡眠低氧的疗效。方法选择存在夜间低氧的COPD患者120例,随机分为两组,观察组(60例)给予精准氧疗即根据患者夜间不同时段缺氧程度调整氧浓度为3～5L/min,对照组(60例)给予持续低流量吸氧(2 L/min),分别在氧疗前和氧疗2周内,持续每天监测动脉血气分析和脉搏血氧饱和度(Sp O_2),判断氧疗效果。结果通过比较观察组与对照组氧疗后2周内的检测数据均值,PaO_2、PaCO_2、p H值、R、Sp O_2比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论精准氧疗效果优于持续低流量吸氧的效果,是慢性阻塞性肺疾病夜间睡眠低氧患者的一种更有效的氧疗方法。
Objective To discuss the efficacy of precision oxygen therapy on nocturnal hypoxemia in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 120 cases of COPD patients with nocturnal hypoxemia were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group(60 cases)was given precision oxygen therapy with oxygen concentration for 3 to 5 L/minis adjusted according to degree of hypoxia at different night times,while the control group(60 cases)was given continuous low flow oxygen inhalation(2 L/min)and both were with daily monitoring on arterial blood gas analysis and pulse oxygen saturation(SpO2)before oxygen therapy and within the two weeks of therapy to evaluate the oxygen therapy effect.Results By comparing the mean value of the data in the observation group and the control group within 2 weeks after oxygen therapy,PaO2,PaCO2,pH value,R and SpO2 were significantly different(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Precision oxygen therapy is better than continuous low-flow oxygen inhalation,and it is a more effective oxygen therapy for nocturnal hypoxemia in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
