摘要
目的观察益气健脾化瘀方联合射波刀治疗胰腺癌的临床疗效及安全性。方法将40例胰腺癌患者按1∶1比例随机分为治疗组20例和对照组20例。2组均进行射波刀治疗,对照组患者射波刀治疗结束后不再给予其他抗肿瘤药物治疗,治疗组患者同时给予益气健脾化瘀方连服3个月。观察2组患者治疗3个月后中医症状积分、肿瘤标志物(血清CEA、CA-199)水平、Karnofsky评分变化情况,统计2组近期疗效、肿瘤复发转移率及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,2组腹胀、胁痛、黄疸、纳呆、乏力评分和血清CEA、CA-199水平均明显低于治疗前(P均<0. 05),且治疗组各项评分和血清CEA、CA-199水平均明显低于对照组(P均<0. 05)。治疗近期有效率、Karnofsky评分升高稳定率均明显高于对照组(P均<0. 05),肿瘤复发转移率和不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组(P均<0. 05)。结论益气健脾化瘀方联合射波刀治疗胰腺癌近期疗效更好,且有较好的肿瘤局控作用,安全性好。
Objective It is to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Jianpi Huayu decoction combined with cyberknife in the treatment of pancreatic cancer.Methods Forty patients with pancreatic cancer were randomly divided into treatment group(n=20)and control group(n=20).Both groups were treated with cyber knife.In the control group,no other anti-tumor drugs were given after the treatment of cyberknife.The patients in the treatment group were treated with Yiqi Jianpi Huayu decoction for 3 months.The changes of scores of TCM symptoms,tumor markers(serum CEA,CA-199)and Karnofsky scores were observed after 3 months of treatment.The short-term efficacy,tumor recurrence and metastasis rate and adverse reactions were statistically analyzed.Results After treatment,the scores of abdominal distension,hypochondriac pain,jaundice,poor appetite,fatigue and the levels of serum CEA,CA-199 were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores and serum CEA,CA-199 levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recent effective rate of treatment and the stability rate of Karnofsky score were significantly higher while the tumor recurrence and metastasis rate and adverse reaction rate were significantly lower in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Jianpi Huayu decoction combined with cyberknife can treat pancreatic cancer more effectively,and has better tumor localization and safety.
