摘要 针对视频采集存储技术大容量、高性能的需求,文章提出了一种基于高速eMMC阵列的视频存储系统设计,介绍了系统的总体硬件架构和程序工作流程,重点研究了相机传输模块和eMMC阵列存储模块的逻辑设计,FPGA与eMMC阵列之间的数据传递采用了并行方式进行传输,写入速度为200 MB/s,读出速度440 MB/s,存储容量为160 GB,实现了一种大容量、高速传输、集成度高的视频存储系统。实验证明,这个设计可成功读取到完整的图像数据。 Aiming at the demand for high capacity and high performance of video acquisition and storage technology,video storage system based on high speed eMMC(embedded Multi Media Card)array was designed.The hardware architecture and program workflow of the system were introduced,the camera transmission and logic design of eMMC array storage were mainly described.Parallel data transmission method was used between FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)and eMMC,it s writing speed can be as high as 200 MB/s,while its reading speed is 440 MB/s.The designed storage capacity was 160 GB,achieving video storage featuring a large capacity,high-speed transmission and high integration.Experiments show that this design can successfully read the complete image data.
