摘要
文中基于两种局部磁通密度测试方法的对比分析,设计一种结合感应线圈法和探针法的复合B-H传感器。提出磁传感器在高频旋转磁特性测试中的应用方法以减小测试误差。提出均匀化测试磁场的方法,并采用有限元法验证其有效性。提出复合B-H传感器的系数矫正方法,并建立考虑电容参数的感应信号测试等效电路分析线圈分布电容的影响。
In this paper,a compound B-H sensor combining induction coil method and needle method is designed based on comparison and analysis of two methods for measuring local magnetic flux density.The application method of magnetic sensors in high frequency rotating magnetic property measurement is proposed to reduce test error.The method of uniform magnetic field of testing region is presented,and the validity is verified by the finite element method.The method of correcting the coefficient of compound B-H sensor is proposed,and the equivalent circuit of induction signal test considering capacitance parameter is established,and the influence of coil distribution capacitance is analyzed.
