摘要
目的探讨辨证施护联合耳尖、少商穴放血在外感发热患者中的应用效果。方法将外感发热患者84例随机分为对照组与观察组,各42例。对照组实行辨证施护,观察组行辨证施护联合耳尖、少商穴放血护理措施,比较2组的应用效果。结果干预后2组体温逐渐下降至正常水平,且观察组体温改善程度明显优于对照组(P <0. 05);干预后2组C-反应蛋白水平均低于干预前(P <0. 05),且观察组低于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组总有效率为90. 48%,高于对照组的71. 43%(P <0. 05)。结论辨证施护联合耳尖、少商穴放血治疗外感发热患者效果良好,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the application value of nursing based on syndrome differentiation combined with ear tip bleeding in patients with exogenous fever.Methods Eighty-four patients with exogenous fever were randomly divided into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=42).The control group was treated with nursing based on syndrome differentiation,while the observation group was added ear tip bleeding based on the treatment of control group.The application efficacies were evaluated between two groups.Results After intervention,the body temperature in two groups gradually returned to the normal,and the decreased degree in observation group was larger than that in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of C-reactive protein in two groups went down obviously when compared with pre-intervention,and the level of C-reactive protein in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The overall response rate of observation group was 90.48%,obviously higher than 71.43% of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing based on syndrome differentiation combined with ear tip bleeding is effective in the treatment of patients with exogenous fever,so it is deserves to be popularized and applied in clinic.
