摘要
将调湿纤维作为蓄湿芯体运用于间歇性换向式全热交换器中,对换热器性能进行研究。通过实验测试棉,羊毛,亚麻和大麻四种纤维在换热器运行条件下的吸放湿变化情况并绘制曲线,得到换热器分别在四种纤维填充条件下的潜热效率。同时通过测定填充芯体前后的压力损失计算节能率,由此得出羊毛芯体性能最佳的结论。
The paper uses the natural humidifying fiber as the core of intermittently reversing total heat exchanger,and studies the property of the exchanger.By testing the performance of moisture absorption and liberation of the natural cotton,wool,linen and hemp fiber and drawing the curve,the latent heat efficiency of the heat exchanger was obtained under the condition of four fibers filling conditions.By measuring the pressure loss of the filling core,the energy saving rate of the heat exchanger was calculated and the article concludes that wool fiber is the best natural fiber for the core of intermittently reversing total heat exchanger.
