摘要
主要介绍了游梁式液压抽油机的机构和特点,并且建立了其传动机构的数学模型,设计了液压抽油机液压缸活塞杆的理想速度曲线,并在Matlab中进行编程仿真,得到了上述条件下的游梁悬点运动曲线。根据对仿真结果的分析可得游梁式液压抽油机汲取了传统的曲柄摇杆机构抽油机的特点,此外其运动过程无冲击,拥有良好的抽油性能。
This paper mainly introduces the mechanism and characteristics of the beam hydraulic pumping unit,establishes the mathematical model of its transmission mechanism,and designs the ideal speed curve of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic pumping unit,and obtains the suspension motion curve of the beam under the above conditions by programming and Simulation in Matlab.According to the analysis of the simulation results,it can be concluded that the beam hydraulic pumping unit absorbs the characteristics of the traditional crank-rocker mechanism pumping unit.
