摘要
为了探究碳纳米管阵列在防结霜领域的应用前景,采用化学气相沉积法在不锈钢基底上制备了碳纳米管阵列疏水涂层,研究了制备参数(生长温度、生长时间和催化剂浓度)对碳纳米管阵列疏水性能和防结霜性能的影响。结果表明:生长温度和时间对碳纳米管阵列的疏水性能影响较小,催化剂浓度对疏水性能的影响较大。经碳纳米管阵列疏水改性后的不锈钢表面的结露时间、结霜时间均较原始不锈钢表面延长,结霜量也大幅度减少。本研究表明碳纳米管阵列可大程度上延缓结霜现象,证明了碳纳米管阵列在防霜方面的优异效果。
In order to explore the application prospects of carbon nanotubes array in anti-frosting field, carbon nanotubes array hydrophobic coatings were prepared on stainless steel substrates by chemical vapor deposition. The effects of preparation parameters (growth temperature, growth time and catalyst concentration) on the hydrophobic properties of carbon nanotubes array were investigated. In addition, the anti- frost properties of carbon nanotubes array under different preparation parameters were studied. The results show that the condensation time and frosting time of the stainless steel surface modified by carbon nanotubes array are longer than that of the original stainless steel surface, and the frosting amount is also greatly reduced. This study shows that the carbon nanotube array can delay the frosting phenomenon to a large extent, and proves the excellent performance of the carbon nanotube array in the field of anti-frosting.
