摘要
文章针对高速公路隧道管理过程中遇到的问题,从隧道机电标准化管理、隧道应急处置、隧道智能监控三个方面,对精细化管理方法在高速公路隧道管理的应用进行了研究,以提高隧道机电现场管理工作的精细化、信息化、人本化,最终达到"精技术,严管理,保安畅"的隧道管理目标。
In view of the problems encountered in the process of expressway tunnel management,this article studies the application of lean management method in expressway tunnel management from three aspects:tunnel electromechanical standardization management,tunnel emergency treatment and tunnel intelligent monitoring,so as to improve the meticulous,informational,and humanized tunnel electromechanical site management work,and to finally achieve the tunnel management goal of“fine technology,strict management,and smooth traffic”.
