无线岩屑流量测量装置研制与现场实验 被引量:4

摘要 在钻井施工特别是大斜度井、水平井钻井施工作业过程中,井眼的清洁情况是影响钻井施工安全和钻井时效的重要因素。通过实时测量上返岩屑流量并与理论计算岩屑量进行比较,可以监测井眼的清洁情况,为此亟需研制无线岩屑流量测量装置。基于其设计思路和测量原理,阐述了无线岩屑流量测量装置的测量单元、无线通信单元、监测软件等组成部分的功能,利用研制的工程样机在现场进行了测量试验。结果表明,该装置能对岩屑流量进行在线监测,通过对岩屑流量数据的监测,可帮助钻井工程师优化钻井施工作业,提高钻井效率,降低钻井施工作业风险和成本。 In the process of drilling operation,especially in high-inclination wells and horizontal wells,hole cleaning is an important factor affecting drilling safety and drilling time.By measuring the upward cuttings flow rate in real time and comparing with the theoretical calculation of the cuttings,the hole cleaning can be monitored.Therefore,it is urgent to develop a wireless cuttings flow measurement device.Based on its design idea and measuring principle,the functions of measuring unit,wireless communication unit and monitoring software of wireless cuttings measuring device were expounded.The field measurement test was carried out with the developed engineering model machine.The test shows that the device can on-line monitor cuttings flow.By monitoring cuttings flow data,drilling engineers can be helped to optimize drilling operation,improve drilling efficiency,and reduce the risk and cost of drilling operation.
