摘要
当代邪教恐怖主义是恐怖主义犯罪的一种特殊类型。这种类型恐怖主义犯罪由邪教组织实施,是严重反人类、反社会、反文明的极端邪教犯罪。邪教恐怖主义的雏形是邪教犯罪,邪教犯罪的严重程度达到极为恐怖、极端、暴力的程度时,最终就演变为恐怖主义犯罪。当代邪教犯罪逐渐走向恐怖主义的趋势日益加强。在复杂的国际局势下,因各国针对邪教、邪教犯罪、邪教恐怖主义犯罪的认定和所持态度不统一,所以国际上加强国际法和国家间协作打击治理邪教恐怖主义极为困难。虽然我国不是邪教恐怖主义犯罪的重灾区,但是面对国际化的邪教犯罪,寻求一个国际性的和符合我国的打击与预防邪教犯罪、邪教恐怖主义犯罪的方案仍然十分必要。
Contemporary cult terrorism are a special type of terrorism.This kind of terrorist crime is carried out by a cult organization.It is a serious cult crime against humanity,anti-society and anti-civilization.The prototype of cult terrorism is a cult crime.When the severity of cult crime reaches a level of extreme terror,extremes,and violence,it eventually evolves into a terrorist crime.The tendency of modern cult crimes to become more and more terrorism is increasing.In the complex international situation,because the attitudes and determinations of all countries in regard to cults,cult crimes,and cult terrorist crimes are not uniform,it is extremely difficult to strengthen international law and cooperation among nations in combating cult crime terrorism.Although China is not a hard-hit area for the crime of cult cults,it is still necessary to seek an international cult crime that meets our country's needs to combat and prevent cult crimes and cult crimes.
