摘要
通过对公交内饰进行优化,改善当前公交乘客的乘车体验。利用观察法调研乘客乘车时出现的问题,从乘客的安全需求、空间需求、心理需求、舒适需求、视听需求、互动需求等几个角度分析造成乘客出现不良体验的原因。总结出公交内饰在布局与尺度、形态与功能、色彩、材质和声音等方面目前存在的问题。总结出礼性设计原则,提出针对乘客需求的公交优化设计要点。
To improve passenger experience by optimizing the interior of the bus. Method: the observation method was used to investigate the problems in passenger experience,which was analyzed from several aspects such as passenger safety requirements,space requirements,psychological needs,comfort requirements, audio-visual needs,and interactive demand analysis requirements. The design problems of the layout,size,shape,function,color,material and sound of the bus are summarized. The principles of polite design are summarized,and the main points of bus optimization design for passenger demand are put forward.
