摘要
作为无线电系统中的核心部件之一,频率源已广泛应用于通信、雷达、电子对抗等领域中。论文基于同轴微带转换的垂直互联工艺,提出了一种谐波+混频的频率合成设计方案,并利用HFSS与ADS仿真软件仿真和优化设计模型,得到一款低相噪多路输出毫米波频率源。其实物尺寸仅为145mm×110mm×18mm,功耗约10W。实测结果表明,此毫米波频率源具有相噪低、尺寸小、杂散低、功耗小等特点。
Frequency synthesizer is the crucial component in wireless systems,widely applied in communication systems,radars ystems,ECM and so on.A design based on multiplier+mixer and coaxial microstrip transition is proposed in this paper.HFSS and ADS are utilized to simulate and optimize the design model to get the low phase noise multi-outputs milimeter frequency synthesizer.The actual dimension is 145mm×110mm×18mm and the power consumption is about 10W.The test results indicate that the milimeter frequency synthesizer has the advantages of low phase noise,small dimensions,low spurious,low power consumption and so on.
