摘要 舰船维修项目由于结构复杂、周期长、风险因素多等特点,往往会出现进度拖期问题,如何全面系统地识别其进度风险对进度风险管理十分重要。引入等级全息建模(HHM)作为进度风险识别分析工具,符合舰船维修项目多维复杂的特点。研究通过分析等级全息建模的思想方法,确定风险及进度风险的定义、进度风险产生的原因、进度风险的特征等,并在此基础上,建立舰船维修进度风险识别的HHM框架,最后建立HHM子模型并进行风险识别,分析阐述HHM在舰船维修进度风险识别中的应用。 Due to the complex structure,long cycle and many risk factors,warship maintenance projects often have delays in progress.How to comprehensively and systematically identify their schedule risks is very significant for schedule risk management.The introduction of hierarchical holographic modeling(HHM)as a tool of schedule risk identification and analysis is in line with the multi-dimensional and complex characteristics of warship maintenance projects.The research analyzes the thinking method of HHM,determines the definition of risk and schedule risk,the cause of schedule risk,the characteristics of schedule risk,etc.Then the HHM framework for warship maintenance schedule risk identification is built,and finally the HHM sub-model is established and risk identification analysis is identified,the application of HHM in warship maintenance schedule risk identification is analyzed.
