摘要
韩愈的政治思想中有尊君的倾向,其目的在于强化中央集权,同时也有以社会职责规范君权的含义。对中央与地方的权力之争,韩愈有过用兵的主张,也有过消兵的主张。无论用兵还是消兵,都因势因时,合情合理。韩愈有明确的非暴力主张,其理论基础就是仁义之道。韩愈还主张道统与治统分离,将民族文化传统的超越性价值置于一家一姓的政权之上,体现了知识分子人格独立与终极关怀的时代高度。韩愈从君、臣、民之间权力分割的角度理解中唐时期的政治文化,所涉及的君权与相权、集权与分权、暴力与非暴力、道统与治统等问题,既包含对各种政治势力的相互关系及其发展规律的考察,也包含对政治人的行为、心理及其背景文化的思考。其思想高度及理论价值,还需要后人认真评判。
HAN Yu’s political thought of respecting the monarch aims to strengthen centralization of power,and meanwhile it also targets at disciplining the monarchy with social responsibility.As for the power struggle between the central and local governments,HAN Yu has advocated the use of troops as well as the elimination of troops,each of which is reasonable and caters to circumstances.HAN Yu’s idea of non-violence is based upon the doctrine of benevolence and justice.Advocating the separation of Taoism and rule,HAN Yu attaches great importance to the value of national cultural tradition over the regime of one family name,which embodies the essence of intellectuals’personality independence and ultimate concern.The political culture of the Middle Tang Dynasty is interpreted by HAN Yu from the perspective of power division among monarchs,ministers and the people,which involves the issues of monarchy and power balance,centralization and decentralization,violence and non-violence,morality and rule.Both the investigation of the relationship between various political forces and their development laws and the reflection of the behavior,psychology and background culture of politicians are involved in his interpretation.Its ideological significance and theoretical value require the careful judgement by following generations.
