摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊穿孔的临床价值。方法:回顾分析2016年5月至2018年5月收治的37例胆囊穿孔患者的临床资料。结果:26例行腹腔镜手术,其中Ⅰ型胆囊穿孔2例、Ⅱ型20例、Ⅲ型4例; 1例患者因合并急性重症胰腺炎死亡;余者均治愈。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊穿孔疗效确切,胆囊穿孔病程不同,腹腔内情况多变,建议对胆囊穿孔患者进行个体化治疗;术前仔细研究病史、影像学检查有助于手术方案的制定。
Objective:To explore the application value of laparoscopic surgery for perforation of gallbladder.Methods:Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 37 patients with gallbladder perforation from May 2016 to May 2018.Results:Laparoscopic surgery was performed for 26 patients,including 2 cases of typeⅠgallbladder perforation,20 cases of typeⅡgallbladder perforation,and 4 cases of typeⅢ.1 patient with acute severe pancreatitis died after treatment,while the other patients were cured.Conclusions:Laparoscopic operation is effective in the treatment of gallbladder perforation.Individualized treatment of patients who suffers from gallbladder perforation is recommended,because different types of gallbladder perforations have different course of disease and intraperitoneal condition;careful study of medical history and imaging examination before surgery is helpful to the design of surgical plans.
