双波长HPLC法测定玉米面食中柠檬黄和日落黄 被引量:2

摘要 建立双波长高效液相色谱法测定玉米面加工面食中柠檬黄和日落黄残留量。色谱柱Inertsil ODS-3C18(5μm,4.6×250 nm),以甲醇:0.02 mol/L乙酸铵(1:9)为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1 mL/min,柱温25℃,波长分别为248 nm和302 nm。柠檬黄在0.1~50.0μg/mL浓度范围内呈良好线性关系;日落黄在0.1~50.0μg/mL浓度范围内呈良好线性关系。精密度RSD=1.0%,重复性RSD=0.35%,检出限为0.05μg/mL,样品溶液在24 h内稳定。检测50份样品中,柠檬黄检出率为48%,最高残留量为1.18 mg/100 g,日落黄均未检出。该方法操作简单、检出限低、重现性好、灵敏度高,适用于面食食品中同时测定柠檬黄和日落黄残留量。 A method for the determination of residual quantity of lemon yellow and sunset yellow in corn flour processed pasta by dual wavelength High Performance Liquid Chromatography was established.The chromatographic column Inertsil ODS-3C 18(5μm,4.6×250 nm),with methanol:0.02 mol/L ammoni-um acetate(1∶9)as the mobile phase gradient elution,the flow velocity 1 mL/min,the column temperature 25 degrees,the wavelength respectively 248 nm and 302 nm.The lemon yellow was in a good linear relationship in the range of 0.1~50.0μg/mL concentration;The sunset yellow was in a good linear relationship in the range of 0.1~50.0μg/mL concentration.Precision RSD=1.0%,repeatability RSD=0.35%,detection limit of 0.05μg/mL,sample solution stable in 24 h.Of the 50 samples tested,the detection rate of lemon yellow was 48%,the highest residue was 1.18 mg/100 g,and sunset yellow was not detected.The method has the advantages of simple operation,low detection limit,good reproducibility and high sensitivity.It is suitable for simultaneous determination of lemon yellow and sunset yellow residues in pasta food.
