摘要
通过理论与实践分析认为,回转窑内温度分布整体上比较均匀,满足煅烧带的要求,使用煤气时,低温区比使用煤粉缩短2~3 m,延长了物料的高温区焙烧时间,水溶性铬含量提高0%~3%,铬矿中的铬转化率会提升0.5%~5%。
Through theoretical and practical analysis, the temperature distribution in the rotary kiln is relatively uniform overall. This can meet the requirements of the calcining belt. When using coal gas, the low temperature zone is shortened by 2 ~ 3 m compared with the use of coal powder. It extends the calcination time of the high temperature zone of the material. The water soluble chromium content increased by 0% to 3%. The chromium conversion rate in chrome ore will increase by 0.5% to 5%.
