摘要
建立了恒定流作用下淮河通航工程漫滩行为的三维水动力数学模型,利用淮河入海水道二期工程地形断面图,对不同流量及地形条件下小流量行洪时的漫滩行为进行了计算分析,结果发现:从3个典型断面分析结果得知,当淮河入海水道上游二河闸小流量泄洪,刚漫滩时,深泓范围外的滩肩至大堤堤脚范围流态较紊乱,横向流速较大。在漫滩过程中航道范围内横向流速均小于0.1 m/s,对船舶航行不会造成不良影响。淮河入海水道二期深泓宽度在230~260 m之间,航道范围仅占用深泓宽度1/3左右,可通过设置浮标等措施限制船舶在航道范围内航行,保证在泄流漫滩过程中的行船安全。
This paper established the three-dimensional hydrodynamic mathematical model of floodplain of Huaihe River channel project under the constant flow.Based on the topographic profile of Huaihe River Channel project II,the floodplain of small flow flood ingunder different discharge was calculated and analyzed.Thus,it was concluded that,according to the calculation and analysis of three typical sections,when the small flow discharge of the Erhe Gate in the upper reaches of the Huaihe River was in the floodplain,the flow pattern from the berm to the levee outside the deep shoal was more disordered accompanied by a large lateral flow rate.The lateral velocity in the channel during the floodplain was less than 0.1 m/s,which would not give any negative effect on the navigation.The depth of second phase of Huaihe River channel was between 230~260 m,of which the channel range only occupied about one-third of its depth.The navigation in the channel could be restricted by means of buoys and other measures to ensure the safety in the process of floodplain.
