摘要
利用RSSR空间四杆机构动态性能好、能产生理想复杂空间运动轨迹及结构紧凑等优点,针对酿酒葡萄采收,设计了一种基于RSSR空间四杆偏心激振机构的驱动结构,该机构为一对曲柄呈180°、其余杆件对称布置的并联设计。对空间RSSR四杆机构进行了运动分析,获得了输出摆动角位移方程,基于Adams建立了并联RSSR空间四杆机构的运动学模型,并通过仿真分析得到运动的变化规律。RSSR空间四杆机构的参数与设计结果满足振动采收机构的运动要求,为酿酒葡萄收获机的研发奠定了基础。
Use of the good dynamic performance, ideal complex space movement trajectory and compact structure of RSSR space four-bar mechanism, a driving structure based on RSSR space four-bar eccentric excitation mechanism was designed for wine grape harvesting. A pair of cranks 180 °and the rest of the bar symmetrical arrangement parallel were designed. The motion analysis of the space RSSR four-bar mechanism was carried out, and the output swing angle displacement equation was obtained. The kinematics model of quadrilateral mechanism of parallel RSSR space was established based on Adams, and the variation law of motion were obtained by simulation. The parameters and design of the four-bar mechanism of the RSSR space meet the requirements of the vibration harvesting mechanism, which lays the foundation for the design and research of the wine grape harvesting machine.
