摘要
目的探讨持续护理干预对重型β-地中海贫血患儿家属认知、信念、行为的影响。方法 2016年8月～2017年12月,采用自行设计的认知、信念、行为问卷调查表,对102例重型-β地贫患儿家属进行调查,并给予持续护理干预,对比干预前、干预6个月后、干预12个月后家属的认知、信念、行为情况。结果干预后认知、信念、行为得分均高于干预前(F值分别为269.47、53.94、262.87,均P<0.001),得分的高低为:干预12个月后>干预6个月后>干预前(P<0.01)。结论持续护理干预可提高重型β-地中海贫血患儿家属的认知、信念、行为。
Objective To explore the impact of continuous nursing intervention on cognitions,beliefs and behaviors of family members of children with severe β-thalassemia. Methods During August 2016 and September 2017,a self-designed questionnaire of cognitions,beliefs and behaviors was adopted to investigate the family members of 102 children with severe β-thalassemia,and continuous nursing intervention was given to those family members.And then,the cognitions,beliefs and behaviors of the family members before intervention,6 months after intervention and 12 months after intervention were compared. Results After the continuous nursing intervention,the scores of cognitions,beliefs and behaviors of the family members were higher than those before intervention( F value was 269.47,53.94 and 262.87,respectively,all P <0.001),and the scores were:12 months after intervention >6 months after intervention >before intervention( P <0.01). Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention can improve the cognitions,beliefs and behaviors of family members of children with severe β-thalassemia.
