摘要
长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是一类长度大于200个核苷酸(nt)且不具备翻译成蛋白质能力的新型RNA。其在机体免疫调节中发挥重要作用,进而参与多种自身免疫性疾病的发生发展。该文简述了lncRNA的概要及其与免疫调控和自身免疫性疾病关系的研究进展,以期为自身免疫性疾病的研究和防治提供新思路和新策略。
Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA) is a new type of RNA whose length is more than 200 nucleotides(nt) and does not have the ability to translate into protein.Recent studies have shown that lncRNA plays an important role in immune regulation,and then participates in the occurrence and development of a variety of autoimmune diseases.In this paper,the general situation of lncRNA and its research progress on the relationship between immune regulation and autoimmune diseases are reviewed,in order to provide new ideas and strategies for the research and prevention of autoimmune diseases.
