摘要
运用文献资料法对湖北省9个高尔夫俱乐部所拥有的服务项目进行调查研究。得出结论,湖北省高尔夫俱乐部现有8个传统服务项目和4个特色服务项目。传统服务项目能满足消费者的基本打球需求,但服务质量和服务人员的专业素质有待提高;特色服务项目能满足消费者多种多样的需求,但数量较少。俱乐部服务质量的提高和特色服务项目的开发是增强俱乐部竞争力的必备手段,开发特色服务项目的依据包括国家时事政策、俱乐部所处的地理位置与环境和社会流行趋势。
This paper investigates the service items owned by 9 golf clubs in Hubei Province by using the method of literature. It is concluded that there are 8 traditional service items and 4 characteristic service items in Hubei golf clubs. Traditional service items can meet the basic needs of consumers, but the quality of service and professional quality of service personnel need to be improved. Characteristic service items can meet the diverse needs of consumers, but the quantity is low. The improvement of club service quality and the development of special service items are the necessary means to enhance the competitiveness of clubs. The basis of developing special service items includes national current affairs policy, club's geographical location and environment, and social trend.
